An international, peer-reviewed academic journal committed to advancing high-impact research in public policy, institutional governance, market regulation, and strategic management.

Our mission is to promote a deeper understanding of the complex interplay between state institutions, legal frameworks, economic systems, and managerial practices in both developed and developing contexts.

The journal is published biannually, with two regular issues released each year: the first from January to June, and the second from July to December. In addition to its regular issues, PAMJ may also publish special issues dedicated to specific, timely, or emerging themes of strategic relevance, subject to the approval of the editorial board.

The journal provides a space for researchers to explore the mechanisms by which public decisions are formulated and implemented, how markets respond to regulatory frameworks and competitive forces, and how institutions evolve under conditions of uncertainty, innovation, and global transformation. PAMJ encourages critical reflections on policy reform, public accountability, digital transformation, consumer behavior, and sustainable development, among others.
